The composite panel roof system, formed by binding the outer steel sheets and the insulation core, integrates both insulation and waterproofing functions. The core material, filled with rock wool (with PU side-sealing) or glass wool (with PU side-sealing) along the edges, enhances the strength of the panels, ensuring their flatness and tight joints, while also facilitating installation. The tall ridges not only strengthen the load-bearing capacity of the panels but also, to a certain extent, evenly guide water flow. The overlapping and folding process at the female port ensures a tighter connection and prevents rusting on the edges. The unique waterproof cap accessory prevents corrosion caused by contact between the steel panel and screws, thus prolonging the lifespan of the system, reducing heat loss, and ensuring insulation effectiveness.
